At The King’s Commission School of Education, we believe education is ultimately about formation. Great educators do more than communicate information; they cultivate curiosity, shape character, develop wisdom, and help others discover how to think, learn, lead, and serve well. Our graduate programs are designed for educators, ministry leaders, administrators, mentors, and scholar-practitioners who desire to deepen their knowledge while developing practical tools that can be immediately applied in classrooms, churches, organizations, and communities.

The TKC Difference

TKC approaches graduate education with a strong emphasis on mentorship, practical application, and individualized study. Flexible, Applied Graduate Education

TKC emphasizes graduate education that is practical, accessible, and immediately useful. Coursework may include research, curriculum development, reflective practice, presentations, program evaluation, leadership projects, and other applied assignments rather than relying primarily on traditional exams. Whenever possible, students are encouraged to connect their academic work to real educational challenges within their schools, churches, ministries, or organizations.

Faith, Formation, and Practice

Christian education should engage the whole person. Our programs seek to integrate rigorous academic study with character formation, vocational calling, mentorship, and service. Faith is not treated as an additional subject added to education, but as part of the larger framework through which we understand learning, leadership, human development, and the responsibility of the educator.

Doctoral Research

Doctoral students are encouraged to pursue meaningful research connected to real educational questions and challenges. Projects may focus on curriculum, leadership, pedagogy, educational innovation, organizational development, ministry education, higher education, or other areas related to the student’s professional and vocational interests.
