New Program Announcement: Mission Aviation and Global Leadership

1–2 minutes

The King’s Commission School of Divinity is excited to announce the launch of our new Mission Aviation and Global Leadership Program!

This flexible program is designed for students who want to integrate aviation training and professional development with theological education, ministry preparation, and global leadership.

Students may complete flight training, aircraft maintenance education, aviation management, airport operations, safety training, humanitarian logistics, or other related preparation through qualified providers in their own communities. Applicable college coursework, FAA-recognized training, professional credentials, and documented prior learning may then be evaluated for transfer toward an approved TKC degree.

TKC does not operate as a flight school or issue FAA credentials. Instead, we provide the theological, ministerial, leadership, and academic framework that helps students bring their aviation preparation and ministry calling together within one individualized degree pathway.

The program may be incorporated into approved undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degree programs. It may be especially valuable for:

• Student and professional pilots
• Aircraft mechanics and maintenance personnel
• Aviation managers and flight-operations professionals
• Missionaries and humanitarian workers
• Military aviation personnel
• Pastors, nonprofit leaders, and educators
• Students exploring aviation as part of their ministry calling

As with other TKC programs, tuition remains affordable at $150 per credit hour, with eligible aviation coursework and professional learning evaluated according to TKC academic policies.

Mission aviation involves far more than operating an aircraft. It requires spiritual maturity, cultural understanding, ethical leadership, professional integrity, and a clear theology of mission and service. This new program was created to help form leaders who are prepared to serve faithfully wherever their calling takes them.
